ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES

Old students have to enroll after the insurance of report card. They have to fill up the registration form from the registrar office. new students have to get the first entrance examination.Once they passed their exam, they can proceed with the enrollment process.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Tuition Miscellaneous fees-these are the fees to be paid by the students in connection with their enrollment in the school.

Accounting Office(cashier)issues Exam permit to students who have paid their tuition and miscellaneous fees.

Exam Permit is required to every student in taking major examinations.Such permit is to be presented to the teacher before the start of the exams.

Teacher checks the exam permit of students and those without such permit for whatever reason should t be allowed to take the exam on the particular day,but may take it during the scheduled special exam.

Claims for refunds are made according to the following memorandum from the Department of education,Culture and Sports.

when the student register in a school it is understood that he is enrolling for the entire school year for elementary and secondary courses,within two weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other fees in full or any length of time longer than one month may be charged 10% of total amount due for the term if he withdraws within the first week of classes, regardless of whether or he has actually attended classes. The student may charged all the school fees in full if he withdraws anytime after the second week of classes. However if the transfer or withdrawal is due to justifiable reason, the student shall be charged the pertinent fees only up and including the last month of attendance.

IV. ATTENDANCE

Prompt and regular attendance in all classes is required to all students from the fist meeting of classes

Although teachers are expected to begin their classes promptly, various contingencies which are sometimes unavoidable may cause some teachers to be late from the class.

A student is held responsible for all assignments for the entire context of the subject missed regardless of whatever
reason for the absence he may be

Student are required to attend their classes promptly and regularly. Students who is absent for 10 days shall be automatically on the 11th day. Said student maybe readmitted upon presentation of a written application for readmission approved by the school directress upon recommendation of the guidance counselor.
